About The Founder

Talithia Heath is the visionary Founder of Beatrix LLC. Her professional life is built upon three decades of experience working hands-on with Alzheimer’s and dementia patients, providing a depth of expertise that few consultants can match. Talithia’s commitment to service began in childhood, where early volunteer work with both Meals on Wheels and the Red Cross instilled a profound sense of community responsibility. Her professional path was solidified through two decades as a dedicated nurse, where she honed her clinical skills and witnessed firsthand the systemic challenges families face during transitions of care. Beyond her work with the elderly, Talithia demonstrates her diverse skill set and commitment to community health through her roles as an active CPR Instructor and a certified School Nurse. Her personal dedication was cemented at age 18, when her beloved great-grandmother received an Alzheimer’s diagnosis, sparking a lifelong vow to provide the kind of empathetic, high-quality care that every family deserves. Driven by a commitment to comprehensive, specialized care, Talithia is currently expanding her qualifications by pursuing certification as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (Psychiatric NP). This advanced education will further enhance the consultancy’s ability to handle the complex behavioral and psychological aspects of dementia care
